No Refund / Postponement Policy for Registrations
Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her payment, a registration is transferable to another time hosted by The ALPHA Association, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns
(“The ALPHA Association”, “we” or “us”) so long as registrant provides us with at least seven (07) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. A transfer email from ALPHA will be saved in your personal record with The ALPHA Association in value to the amount paid for the original registration. An administrative fee may apply in the event you transfer your date as permitted above.
Sale or transfer of credits is not permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a registration or related is our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed shall be applicable to the rescheduled on a basis only. In the event The ALPHA Association elects not to reschedule the cancelled event, registrant will not be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to non-refundable of any registration fee(s) already paid. The ALPHA Association is not responsible for payments paid, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any cancellations or changes.
Event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. The ALPHA Association reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each event without notice.
By registering with ALPHA Association, you acknowledge that The ALPHA Association does not make any representation, warranty, in the event of choosing to leave the Association.
Regardless of whether once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable. Any right to a refund is not acceptable due to the policy being presented for all members to read and abide by.
You, by paying a membership fee are in the knowledge of knowing that when you decide to leave the Association at any given date you also understand the policy rules of NO REFUNDS.
The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, as applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Credit cards. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between bank exchange rates, bank card exchange rates, Internet posted exchange rates, etc.
Cheques & Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to make alternate payment arrangements.
